Parts Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team at Colchester Land Rover. As a key member of our parts department, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the parts department with daily duties, including receiving and processing orders, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Complete vehicle health checks for the workshop, ensuring all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
- Ensure all items are correctly located and stock control is maintained, minimizing errors and delays.
- Receive and process customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Provide excellent customer care, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will also have previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of computer systems and the ability to work independently as part of a dynamic team.
