The Role:


We are looking for a Product Designer to join our dynamic team and help us design the future of AI security.


As the first Product Designer at Mindgard, you will directly collaborate with the Head of Product, and our senior leaders to shape our company's future.

Your role involves identifying customer and user needs, creating innovative solutions, and designing intuitive, visually appealing interfaces. Your work will significantly enhance prospect and user engagement with our product and brand assets.

What you will do:

Product Design:

  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering team to infuse user requirements and product objectives into aesthetically pleasing and impactful visual designs. Focus on typography, graphic elements, and color schemes to create compelling visual narratives for Mindgard.
  • Develop and refine visual assets such as icons, infographics, and layout structures, ensuring they align with brand standards and enhance overall user engagement.
  • Perform visual audits and user feedback sessions to refine graphics, optimise design elements, and ensure visual coherence across all platforms.

Marketing Design:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and create designs that effectively communicate key messages and drive engagement.
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in style, tone, and visual identity.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate effectively with others in the team including marketers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on design goals and objectives.
  • Participate in design reviews, ideation sessions, and critiques to provide and receive constructive feedback aimed at improving design solutions.
  • Actively contribute to a positive and creative work environment, sharing knowledge and expertise with team members and contributing to the overall success of the design team.

What you need:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Visual Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both software product design and brand design, preferably for a B2B technology product.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Hubspot, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Microsoft Office Suite, and Notion.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX, design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
  • Experience with production knowledge in both print and web and strong attention to detail and an eye for consistency
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and present design ideas to crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
