Senior Product Designer - £85,000 plus Stock Options - London Hybrid working 2 days a week in office

In Product is partnered with a Scale-up business who have after a period of stability and reaching profitability they are experiencing a period of significant growth. This business has become the go-to partner in the B2B Health space, and their direct to consumer products consistently achieve top reviews that lead to life changing behavioral change.

This business is funded by some of the UK and Europe's top investors. They are looking to elevate the growth of their business by laser-focusing on their target audience, developing an highly engaging experience that will support users to make life changing behavioral changes. This business has a research focused culture, with decisions being made with the users at the core of their decision making.

As a Senior Product designer who will own the core experiences across web and mobile, you will initially work as the sole Senior Product Designer working across two core teams in the B2B and B2C space, with the opportunity to lead other Product Designers as the team grows.

As a Senior Product Designer in this business you will work collaboratively with internal Product Management, Medical, Data and Development teams.

You will need to have high growth career journey, with experience in businesses that have successfully scaled, and you will have personally moved through your career with pace and focus.

You will have worked in high autonomy environment, owning full product launches and continuing to grow complex mobile focused products.

You will have worked with a consumer facing product, ideally that supports users to change long term behaviors.

You will be comfortable across UX, UI and Research with experience of supporting teams to build Design systems.
