What you'll do
Lead end-to-end product design for our suite of Vidsy products, guided by a robust design process.
Design beautiful user experiences that make it easy for users to achieve their goals.
Work with cross-functional teams to transform your designs into impeccably crafted, delivered products.

Proactively identify opportunities and uncover user pain points through self-driven design research, and then partner with product management to shape the product vision and roadmap.

Contribute to improving our design processes and system.
What you'll bring
~4+ years of relevant Product Design experience (or equivalent), covering UX, UI and User Research.
~ Experience working on the end-to-end design process, including interaction and visual design, iterations, and high-fidelity prototypes.
~ Mastery of Figma - it's the design tool we use.
~ Experience with user monitoring tools such as Hotjar, MixPanel or Google Analytics.
~ Thorough understanding of business objectives, proactively identify problems to solve and new opportunities to explore.
