The Opportunity:
Your skills and attributes for success:
- A PhD and expansive experience in academic research over a sustained period.
- A track record of international standing in advanced therapies
- Extensive and high level research and/or teaching experience successfully sustained, and productive over the longterm.
- Experience and capability to act as role model in the areas of research, teaching and management, as appropriate.
- Proven skills in leading, motivating and developing the performance of colleagues and contributing to the effective performance and development of the unit.
