We are now recruiting for Multi Skilled Engineer to join us.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager - BPEC this role will be responsible for ensuring overall performance of the production line/area whilst adhering to all Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements.

Candidates will be qualified to a minimum NVQ Level 3 and possess a HNC (both in a relevant Engineering discipline), or equivalent.

Ideally, they will be multi-disciplined with a time served apprenticeship background in a manufacturing engineering environment. A General Certificate in Brewing and/or Packaging (or working towards the qualification) is desirable but not essential. Membership of a Professional Engineering Body strongly desirable, but not essential.

Ability to develop others through effective coaching/training.
IT literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. SAP knowledge desirable, but not essential.
Brewing/Food/Beverage/FMCG industry experience desirable, but not essential.
