With our client based in Southport we are looking to appoint a Customer Service Administrator to join their fast paced ever growing business initially on a 12 month fixed term contract - which will be reviewed.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolioaccounts and liaising with both internal and external customers to resolve day to day queries.
Working as part of the Credit Control team, you will be managing all payments, collecting overdue debt and ensure customer spend is within the credit limits.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Follow the company collection procedure to minimise bad debt
- Provide invoices to customers and statements
- Liaising with internal and external customers to resolve queries
- Produce reports for overdue accounts to make collection calls and suspend deliveries
- Taking card payments and setting up customer direct debits
- Working with the sales team
Personal Profile:
- Must have strong communication skills both verbally and written
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel Spreadsheets and Word strong IT skills
- Organisational, time management and motivational skills
- Would be an advantage to work in a similar fast paced collections/customer service role but not essential
