About Our Client:

A respected law firm

The Senior Document Management Assistant will provide administrative assistance to Partner and Fee-earners across the Firm.

Core duties will be as follows:

  • Searching for documents in iManage;
  • Moving documents into new matters;
  • Saving JPEGs and Oyez to PDF;
  • Registration in RoS (including VR);
  • Registration of PoA;
  • Storage of Deeds;
  • Organising Destruction of Deeds;
  • Recall of Storage/Mandates;
  • File closures including balance checks on Aderant;
  • Completion of Client Profile Forms;
  • Completion of Expense Claim Forms;
  • Collating meeting papers; and
  • Dealing with outgoing hard copy mail.
Additional administration tasks maybe allocated as appropriate.

The Successful Applicant:

You should be flexible, self-motivated, highly competent, and able to work on your own initiative. Previous administrative experience is required.

A high level of discretion and confidentiality is needed for this role as you will be exposed to highly sensitive information.

A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is essential. Strong pc skills are essential and full training will be provided on the various systems used throughout the Firm.
