YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
To greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and courteously.
Provide accurate and detailed information regarding repair processes, timelines, and costs.
Maintain open lines of communication with customers, keeping them informed of the progress of their vehicle repairs.
Liaise with customers, Workshop Controller and other staff members to ensure repair timelines are communicated clearly and manage customer expectations.
Accurately record and maintain all customer and vehicle information, repair orders, estimates, and invoices.
Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed thoroughly and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with insurance companies and third-party providers as required, assisting with claims and processing.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
