  • An excellent track record of leading teams within a medium
- to large-sized design-led organisation.

  • Experience in implementing business plans, monitoring, and reporting against targets and budgets.
  • Proven business management experience with outstandingorganisational skills, including a track record of successfully planning, implementing, and managing variable project workloads.
  • Thorough knowledge of business legislation, regulations, and financial issues.
  • A proven track record of successfully building and leading highperforming teams, motivating performance, and supporting career development.
  • A track record of developing and influencing a positive working culture.
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels with strong business acumen.
  • A strong appreciation of the architecture and design industries.
