Head of MaintenancenAre you a seasoned leader with a passion for keeping things running smoothly?nAs our client continue to grow and evolve, we're seeking a dynamic individual to lead our clients Maintenance team.

You'll lead a team of dedicated professionals, providing direction, support, and mentorship as they carry out essential maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

nOversee all aspects of maintenance, including Mechanical, Electrical, Building Fabric, and Grounds.nProvide strategic direction to ensure cost-effective maintenance operations.nManage a team of managers, coordinators, supervisors, and administrators.nEnsure compliance with statutory regulations and health & safety standards.nFoster strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.nLead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.


What We're Looking For:

nDegree/HND/HNC in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services or equivalent experience.nExtensive experience in building services and facilities management.nStrong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of motivating teams to achieve excellence.nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.nWillingness to be part of an on-call rota for emergencies.
