We are currently seeking a Project Co-ordinator to join our expanding team in Clerkenwell.

The ideal candidate for this role will be exceptionally organized and possess experience in administrative tasks. This office-based position involves supporting our project management team by ensuring timely information delivery to clients and processing orders. A pleasant phone manner and a keen interest in the design industry would be advantageous.

Duties:

  • Process orders and send all necessary information to suppliers for on-time stock delivery.
  • Coordinate with Account Management and suppliers to ensure client satisfaction with product deliveries.
  • Conduct site visits to gather project requirements and assess installation logistics.
  • Assist in project logistics, including delivery scheduling and snagging.
  • Effectively communicate project updates, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation, such as contracts, purchase orders, and specifications.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any arising issues.
  • Update and manage supplier information in our system.
  • Maintain the sample library.
  • Provide support to the Project Manager on tenders and project-related tasks.

  • Produce accurate work within tight deadlines and handle multiple demands under pressure.
  • Communicate clearly both in written and verbal forms.
  • Confident phone manner.
  • Excel as a team player while being able to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and willing to learn new tools.
  • Strong numerical skills with intermediate Excel experience.
  • Effective time management and task prioritization.
  • Excellent organizational and problems-solving abilities.
  • Pay great attention to detail.

Salary:

  • Salary is experience-based, with a standard of 37.5 working hours per week and 25 days of holiday offered.
