Responsibilities include developing vendor relationships to drive growth, cut costs, and boost profits. Ensuring that suppliers can meet current and future needs and processing formal purchase orders are also part of the role.



Role Summary:
  • Manage costs while aligning with profit margins
  • Provide accurate pricing to the sales team
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Negotiate favorable price and payment terms with suppliers
  • Maintain thorough documentation in line with company policies
  • Create purchase orders in the processing system
  • Generate delivery notes from templates
  • Keep the sales department informed with relevant updates

Requirements for this role:

  • Prior experience in Buying/Supply chain
  • Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel and VLOOKUP
  • Excellent accountability, numerical skills, and attention to detail
  • CIPS 3 certification or in progress
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Salary: Up to £32,000 depending on experience
