Salary:
£30,000 per annum


Our food focused Administrator will be responsible for a range of kitchen event administration, including the transfer of information from the Operations and Sales Teams to the Kitchen Team.

This person will be imperative to accurate kitchen planning tools to drive food production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Checking in food deliveries, including heavy lifting and moving of stock.
  • Stock management, kitchen records and Health and Safety compliance.
  • Checking the input of weekly menus to create food sheets on our bespoke software.
  • Ensuring all menu information, special dietary requirements and catering numbers up to date for the kitchen planning.
  • Creating allergen forms for each event.
  • Monitor and maintain supplier assessment records.
  • Ultimate responsibility for food purchasing.
  • Inductions for new starters.

Qualifications

  • Good foundation of Food Safety knowledge and Health and Safety knowledge
  • Confident IT and Administration skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Passionate about food and beverage
