We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team.

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting the sales team in achieving their goals.

Duties

  • Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Upsell products and services to maximize revenue
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy

Requirements:

  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Basic math skills for processing sales transactions
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required

Job Type:
Part-time

Salary:
£10.60 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
