Located in the heart of Cornwall, this truly unique hotel is now ready for new stories, cherished memories and unlimited possibilities.

It's an iconic building and we are building an iconic team to help shape and deliver the best experience in Cornwall.

The opportunities are plentiful as we delight our guests with our fantastic Champagne Bar and our destination restaurant, The Chapel.

For a more relaxed experience our day-time tavern and night-time bistro combined with the adjacent Bodmin Jail attraction offers the chance for courtyard dining to soak up all the heritage and intrigue of this amazing property.

The Champagne Bar is is at the heart of our guests' experience, serving bespoke cocktails and s unique spirits selection.

Opening at 5pm, the Champagne Bar is a warm and intimate room where people relax and enjoy exquisite drinks by the fire place.
