There may be the requirement for cross cover to be provided to the other parts of the urgent care pathway.

A full UK driving license and access to a car for business purposes, is essential to this role.

Support the Nursing team to complete a thorough assessment of mental health needs and assessment of risk.

Carry out defined risk management plans and support the young person to maintain their safety.

Support the clinical team to complete all relevant legal paperwork and record keeping.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure that the Place of Safety Environment is kept to high standards of infection control principles.

Raise safeguarding concerns as necessary and link with external stakeholders where necessary.

Provide support to Students with the team.

Support where needed to the other parts of the urgent care pathway.

Contribute to Multidisciplinary team meetings
