Vivo Clinic - Call Handler (Part-time, 16 hours), Full Flexibility Monday - Sunday

**VIVO CLINIC ARE RECRUITING DUE TO BUSINESS EXPANSION AND WE’RE LOOKING FOR ENERGETIC INDIVIDUALS WANTING TO THRIVE. WE ARE OFFERING APPLICANTS A PART-TIME CONTRACT (16 HOURS) MONDAY - SUNDAY.**

At VIVO Clinic, we are looking for a call handler to join our growing team. In brief, we’re looking for applicants who can fulfil the following role:

- Answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service.
- Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Managing call-back requests and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinating and managing regional diaries to optimize clinic schedules and maximize efficiency.
- Collaborating with clinic staff to ensure smooth operations and seamless customer experiences.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as data entry, appointment scheduling, and documentation.
- Participating in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.

**What we need from you**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends if required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
