Here at Hays, I am recruiting for an experienced Test Manager - working on rollout of Workday, on an 6 month contract circa £500-£550 pd (Inside IR35), working hybrid 2 days per week in their central Leeds.

**What you will be working on: **The organisation is implementing Workday as their main ERP system and is due to go live Spring 2023. They need someone to come in and drive the testing of the new system, manager a team of testers whilst working with the project team and internal stakeholdersto go live.

Key areas of responsibility are:

  • Managing tests
  • Developing testing strategies and plans including development of test cases and test steps
  • Setting up testing schedules
  • Documenting tests findings and producing management reporting (Dashboards)
  • Leading test teams and the testing process and lifecycle.
**Who you will be working for: **We are hiring a Test Manager for a bank based in Leeds, who are of national significance dedicated to improvement in the UK's infrastructure, economy, and the environment.

What we are looking for:

  • Someone with banking / financial services experience and worked on a Workday ERP Implementation.
  • Extensive experience in developing Testing strategies, approaches, schedules
  • Extensive experience of leading and driving UAT including Defect and Blocker meetings
  • Proven ability to work with stakeholders to capture business requirements
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Visio.

What you'll get in return
On offer is an initial 6-month contract, paying circa £500-£550 per day (Inside of IR35).

This role is based in Leeds working hybrid with 2/3 days per week in the city centre office close to the main train station.
