Duties:

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and eating
  • Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity
  • Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the care team, clients and their families
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Help clients engage in social activities within the community
  • Provide medication support when required
  • Keep accurate records of care provided using state of the art mobile phone technology

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable
  • Ability to drive is essential for this role
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes
