Senior Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and caring Senior Care Assistant to join our team at The Hamptons Care Centre in Lytham, St Annes. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing leadership to the care team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote the highest standard of person-centred clinical nursing care to residents.
  • Manage, allocate duties and supervise the care team to ensure a quality delivery of care.
  • Take responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of adults.
  • Manage the delivery of residents' personalised care according to their agreed plan of care.
  • Promote professional standards within the home and provide supervision, coaching, and assessment to Care Assistants.
Requirements:
  • Medication management and administration experience.
  • Experience working with older people.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Social Care or equivalent.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Social Care or equivalent within the first 12 months of employment.
