Reporting to the Office Manager, main duties will include:

To work with their allocated team of Senior Account Managers and Account Managers to process all internal paperwork from quote stage through the final completion report.

This will include; o Issuing small value quotes / clear sample results.

  • Processing Work Calculation Sheets (WCS).
  • Processing maintenance contract/additional work orders including RAMS.
  • Assist in the maintenance of quote/remedial action Logs.
  • Assist in the ordering of materials & labour.
  • Assist in the booking in of work.
  • Assist in the production of reports/spreadsheets.
  • Sending final reports and certificates.
  • Maintenance of the fleet spreadsheet and records.
  • Ensure all service work is completed as detailed under contractual agreements, in accordance with the
Sayvol service standards (&/or clients specification). Using a mixture of PPM planning tools and online records.

  • Updating internal training records.
  • Provide support to all members of the administrative team.
  • To present the company as a credible and professional service partner.
