Social Media and Marketing Manager to join their team to take the lead and responsibility for their entire marketing strategy and delivery.

You will need to have a creative mind & be passionate about all thingsproperty.


The role will be managing and developing the company's social media presence, regularly posting feeds, videos and success stories onto Instagram, twitter and Facebook, ensuring that you continually grow the social media following and online presence.

Youwill also manage review platforms to ensure theya are receiving reviews from customers regularly, and will also deal with any potential negativity in the best possible light.


You will be responsible for creating cutting edge marketing campaigns and video content, creating engaging videos for all new properties and managing marketing budgets.


  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in the use of design software, such as Photoshop/InDesign
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
  • Previous experience in social media management
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Able to muti task and manage an everchanging workload
  • A genuine enthusiasm for marketing and a passion for the property industry
Offering a basic salary of £25k - £30k, with additional performance related rewards.
