Job Overview

We're seeking a Paid Media Specialist to own, operate, and grow our paid media efforts on all fronts. This is a critical role within our business, ideal for someone with a passion for data, a knack for paid bidding strategies, and a desire to see the results of their work in a thriving company.

As a Paid Media Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and paid social.

You'll develop and execute PPC and paid social strategies to achieve business goals, monitor and report on performance and ROI to director level, and collaborate with sales and other digital marketing teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.

You'll also collect, manipulate, and present data using tools such as LookerStudio.

Essential Criteria
  • 3+ years of Google PPC account strategy experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High-level competency in data collection and manipulation.

We offer a budget of 5 figure monthly paid ads and PPC, and a total of £1 million a year across both PPC and paid social, providing the resources needed to make a significant impact.
