Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at The Business Connection Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with our overall marketing goals and business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns across all digital channels, including social media, PPC, and display advertising.
  • Content Creation & Management: Oversee the creation of high-quality digital content, including blog posts, social media updates, and video content.
  • SEO: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee the management of all social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with the target audience.
  • Website Management: Manage and optimize internal and external customer websites, providing reporting and developing a roadmap for optimization.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Use web analytics tools to monitor website and campaign performance, generating regular reports on KPIs and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across various channels and campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with PPC, SEO, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in web and social media analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Travel Requirements:

Travel will be required in this role, covering the UK and Ireland. Expectation of 3 days minimum a week in the office (Chester), in line with the company and team. Expectation of travel to Ireland as and when required.
