OVERALL SUMMARY

This is an excellent opportunity to work with the Intermediary Sales team and provide admin support to a range of clients, including; the Business Development Directors, Independent Financial Advisers, IFA firms, Fund Managers and Intermediary Clients.

This role is crucial in ensuring that a competent and efficient service is delivered to all of these clients.

The role also offers excellent training and development for you as you start out your career in Financial Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Admin Support

  • Facilitate processing of all investment business/ensuring that all paperwork has been correctly completed
  • Producing Investment Proposals on behalf of the Business Development Director and IFA's
  • Producing confirmation letters
  • Obtaining terms of business and due diligence for IFA firms and setting up agency agreements
  • Account opening/database updates
  • Processing regular payment and adhoc withdrawal requests
  • Managing printing and posting requests
  • Arranging online access for clients/advisers and dealing with any queries including resetting passwords
  • Incoming letters, covering all aspects of client instruction and enquiries and ensuring the IFA is informed
  • Dealing with information requests and providing valuations, performance and costs & charges
  • Sending IO feeds and AUM information
  • Reviewing fees and producing fee statements
  • Providing statistics for monthly reporting
  • Taking incoming calls
  • General administration duties, filing, scanning etc.
Servicing Support

  • Managing the relationship with the IFA Firm and their advisers, ensuring we adhere to all service level agreements
  • Ensuring the Business Development Director is kept informed of relevant communication between Close and the client/IFA
  • Rapport building with client/IFA
  • Written communication with clients/IFAs
  • Managing workflows and ensuring that all tasks are completed within strict deadlines

Regulatory Responsibilities (Compliance/T&C)

  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role, whilst practising effective risk management taking account of outcomes for clients.
