Senior Site Manager

The Senior Site Manager will initially be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of construction activities on a healthcare project within the city.
With a focus on safety and quality, the Senior Site Manager will oversee all aspects of site operations and manage a team of staff and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly review and update H&S plans and risk assessments
- Monitor, and control site operations
- Assist with design coordination and maintenance of construction programmes
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure quality delivery
- Chair weekly site safety meetings
- Develop snagging lists and ensure timely completion of works
- Proven experience in site management with a large main contractor
- Strong Health & Safety awareness
- Sound organisational and manmanagement skills
- Past experience delivering construction projects in the healthcare sector would also be highly advantageous
The Senior Site Manager will report to the Project Manager and have regular contact with internal stakeholders and external subcontractors and utility services.
You will play a critical role, acting as an ambassador for the business with a focus on providinga high-quality service that delivers value for its clients.
