Job advert- We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our friendly and busy HR team.

  • You will support the HR and Learning & Development teams with a range of administrative tasks like processing new starters and leavers for payroll, producing contract variation letters using templates and maintaining records. You will also handle queries, with support from the team.
  • This is a great opportunity for someone looking for their first HR role. You need to have good spoken and written communication skills and be able to work well in a team, so we all deliver a good service. You need to be confident with MS Office including Outlook. Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise are also important. If you have a relevant qualification or office experience, that might help too but it's not essential.
  • The role is based in our Head Office in Wokingham although you will have the opportunity to do some working from home.
