- Being the main point of contact for all matters relating to your customer base trade
- Building strong and lasting relationships with our new and existing customers
- Contacting existing customers and informing them of ongoing and new opportunities
- To liaise with customers professionally whether this is a complaint or sales enquiry.
- To deliver a high level of service when answering calls to clients and customers, using a professional and helpful tone.
- Processing Sales Orders and dispatches/collections
- Resolving customer queries and issues that may arise
- Coordinate with other colleagues and departments, such as accounts and admin, to ensure cohesive processes
Your Qualifications and Skills
- You have a complete understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Shopify, Xero and Brightpearl knowledge is preferred.
- Good knowledge of written English
- Experience of dealing with complex queries in a B2B environment
- Experience of working in a busy sales office and delivering first class customer service
- Open to a challenge and the drive to execute all tasks to a high standard
- Excellent communication skills
- Have a proactive and enthusiastic approach to work looking to overcome problems and ensure effective solutions
- Team working

- Building relationships both internally and externally
