Your Responsibilities and Duties

  • Being the main point of contact for all matters relating to your customer base trade
  • Building strong and lasting relationships with our new and existing customers
  • Contacting existing customers and informing them of ongoing and new opportunities
  • To liaise with customers professionally whether this is a complaint or sales enquiry.
  • To deliver a high level of service when answering calls to clients and customers, using a professional and helpful tone.
  • Processing Sales Orders and dispatches/collections
  • Resolving customer queries and issues that may arise
  • Coordinate with other colleagues and departments, such as accounts and admin, to ensure cohesive processes

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • You have a complete understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Shopify, Xero and Brightpearl knowledge is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of written English
  • Experience of dealing with complex queries in a B2B environment
  • Experience of working in a busy sales office and delivering first class customer service
  • Open to a challenge and the drive to execute all tasks to a high standard
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have a proactive and enthusiastic approach to work looking to overcome problems and ensure effective solutions
  • Team working
  • Attention to detail
  • Building relationships both internally and externally
  • Common sense
