We are looking for home care assistants who are passionate about caring and making a difference to someone's life to join our growing team.


We provide high standards of care to people living in their homes with a range of needs including dementia, physical disabilities and mental health issues.


Previous experience as home care assistant or similar role is desirable however, this is not essential as we will provide full training.


Some of the main duties include:

  • Assisting clients with personal care ( Washing, dressing, toileting etc)
  • Assisting with meals
  • Assisting with mobility and transferring patient
  • Assisting with medications
  • Providing companionship
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism

Language:
English (required)

Licence /Certification:
Driving licence (required)-You will be driving from one home to another.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Part-time hours: 40 per week

£12.00-£14.50 per hour
