We are looking for a dedicated Onboarding Administrator to help us welcome and integrate new team members seamlessly.

The Role:

As the Onboarding Administrator, you'll play a key role in making sure our new hires feel supported, valued, and ready to contribute positively. You'll handle essential paperwork like offer letters, contracts, references, DBS, PVG, and Right to Work documents. By collaborating closely with our recruiters and operational teams, you'll become an essential part of our HR and Resourcing department, with plenty of opportunities for professional development.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for all Recruitment and Onboarding administration questions, both internally and externally.
  • Work closely with the Field Based Recruiter to assist in the end-to-end process and management of vacancies and candidates.
  • Conduct fully compliant pre-employment checks and maintain complete staff files according to agreed SLAs and quality standards.
  • Ensure efficient management of each recruitment pipeline to enable swift onboarding of new hires.

Qualifications:

  • To thrive in this role, you should have:
  • Prior experience in onboarding and orientation, preferably in children's services or related sectors.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality onboarding experiences.
  • The ability to collaborate well and adjust to changing requirements.
  • Familiarity with HR software and resources.
