It's important in this role, working alongside the Acquisitions and Operations Managers, to ensure that new businesses and their clients are integrated effectively.
Your tasks will include:
- Dealing with the smooth transition of clients from the firm purchased
- Bulk letter production / Issuing of key information and ongoing updates to the new clients
- Novating policies
- Updating provider companies of the changes and ensuring accurate, up to date information is held
- Monitoring and ensuring payments from providers are received
- Uploading bulk new client data
- Maintaining accurate records on the CRM
- Chasing any missing or outstanding documents or information from clients, providers or third parties
This is the perfect role for someone who's glass half full, who's happy to get stuck in to the tasks and liaise with people confidently.
