Senior Pensions Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee the day-to-day administration of our pension schemes. As a Senior Pensions Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating internal and external pensions schemes, ensuring they operate effectively and sustainably.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the administration of pension schemes, including employee and employer payments
  • Provide employee benefits data for the annual Life Assurance renewal process
  • Coordinate internal and external pensions schemes to ensure effective and sustainable operation
  • Work with the Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of pension payments
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Experience of working within a Payroll environment and in the delivery of pensions schemes
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel) and bespoke Payroll and HR systems (iTrent etc)
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
