Senior IFA Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IFA Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a Senior IFA Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisors in delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Processing: You will be responsible for processing new business from start to completion, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Portfolio Management: You will prepare portfolio valuations and produce illustrations, providing valuable insights to our financial advisors.
- Research and Reporting: You will assist our financial advisors with research and report writing, ensuring that all reports are accurate and up-to-date.
- Client Communication: You will arrange meetings with clients for our financial advisors, handle client requests and queries, and ensure that all client communication is professional and timely.
- Administrative Support: You will provide administrative support to our financial advisors, including preparing suitability reports, sending reports and investment information to clients, and accurately submitting data on our system.
- Experience: You will have previous experience working in an IFA or financial planning firm, with a strong understanding of the industry and its regulations.
- Skills: You will possess excellent administration skills, with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge: You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications and be up-to-date with current FCA legislation.
- Competitive Salary: £31,000 per annum.
