Company Overview:
We are proud to offer a free and unique online exchange service. We convert leftover foreign currency and coins to cash, quickly and easily.

Proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and respond to customer inquiries and
concerns in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.

  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and order status
inquiries.

  • Stay uptodate on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and
reliable information to customers.

  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on platforms such as
Trustpilot, resolving any negative feedback and encouraging positive reviews.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service experiences
and high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using the
designated CRM system.

  • Generate shipping labels for customers' orders, ensuring proper packaging and
accurate tracking information.

  • Process and issue cheques to customers in accordance with company policies and
procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command
of the English language.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work efficiently in a fastpaced
environment.

  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with
professionalism and empathy.

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • A positive attitude, team player mentality, and a genuine passion for delivering
exceptional customer service.

Fluency in languages other than English is considered an asset but not a requirement. The

ability to communicate effectively in English is essential for this role.
