We are a serviced accommodation provider situated primarily in London, but operating in a number of locations across the UK.

As a Letting Negotiator, you will be responsible for pushing our services, networking with landlords, and negotiating deals that benefit both the landlord and Voyagestay.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Building relationships with landlords to secure new property listings
  • Creating accurate sales documents
  • Negotiating rates, terms, and conditions
  • Interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Regularly updating the company database with current information
  • Carrying out property inspections
Requirements & Skills

  • A minimum of one year experience of working in property letting / sales
  • A good understanding of the lettings and rental market in the UK
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive attitude
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • The ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • A valid driving license is preferred
