This company is a well-known manufacturer in the local area that are looking to bring on enthusiastic, innovative and motivated people to join their growing business.

They are a leading employer in the South Wales area and offer excellent internal trainingprogrammes and have an extremely low staff turnover.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • To provide technical service and advice to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • To receive telephone / TEAMS etc. calls and make telephone / TEAMS etc. calls in a professional manner, and have constant liaison with Customer Service.
  • To provide specific product and systems knowledge support to clients in order to promote products and brand awareness in the UK & I markets.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Written and spoken English Language to a high professional business level.
  • Minimum two years' experience in the construction industry, specifically in a technical or solution based product to market communication process.
  • CAD literate with experience of AutoCad, CAD literate and ability to create and modify CAD drawings
