Aftersales Advisor

We are looking to recruit a Aftersales Advisor to join our busy Aftersales Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful main dealership.

**Responsibilities**:

- Acting as a contact for customers, from booking in, to liaising with the aftersales department in order to provide customers with regular updates on the status of their vehicles
- Explaining technical information to the customer in a clear manner
- Ensuring customers are provided with the highest level of care as well as building a rapport with them
- Dealing with customer service complaints, ensuring all complaints are acknowledged and dealt with in a timely, professional and efficient manner
- Responsible for retaining and renewing business. Managing existing customer accounts, providing an excellent service to encourage repeat business

**About you**:

- Be well spoken with excellent communication and written skills
- Be self-motivated and pro-active, maintaining high levels of focus and enthusiasm
- Able to work independently and make decisions, as well as working and communicating effectively as part of a team
- Extremely punctual and organized
- Always working to ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction
- An ability to work quickly under pressure and deal with demanding customers

Experience of working in a customer-facing role and a valid drivers’ license is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
