We have a great opportunity for a Technical Services Manager to play a crucial role in maintaining building safety through effective management and technical know-how.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a team of technical and senior engineers.

* Oversee workflow to ensure efficient and effective operations.

* Provide guidance and support for professional development and technical excellence.

* Assist in complex problem-solving and provide technical solutions

* Ensure exceptional service delivery to both internal and external customers.

* Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

* Promote strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.

* Collaborate with a team of Advisors to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

* Assist in developing efficiencies and improving service quality.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.

* Previous managerial experience

* Experience in passive fire protection, especially in building envelopes, façade systems, cavity barriers, and fire stops.

* In-depth knowledge of industry standards and legislation.

* Excellent problem-solving skills.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

* Ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.

* Commitment to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
