Pattern example:

Mixture of Early's & Late's (per week) plus there will be additional sleep ins attached to your shift pattern at £30 per night.

The day begins at approximately 8am until 23.00hrs were a sleep in is paid, the shift pattern rolls forward and is prepared well in advance


There is of course some flexibility and our managers know how important a good work life balance is for their team.

We are looking for Children's Residential Care Worker's to provide inspiration and guidance for our young people.


We currently have 9 Children's residential homes spread across the Hereford & Worcester region, where we provide specialist support for victims of Child 8 to 18 years old with Learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and emotional/behavioural issues, who need a minimum of 1:1 and, sometimes, 2:1 support.


We are looking for caring individuals with a passion for anything - it could be DIY, sporting activities, arts and crafts or even music.

Your passions have the potential to enhance our young people's experience within Cambian Complex Care, this will in turn develop their skills in team building, leadership, communication, building confidence and supporting their goals for independent living


You will provide support to children who may be struggling to settle into their routines, this would include checking on the child's welfare throughout your shifts and providing any required support in line with their care plans.

Duties may also involve, general household tasks and completing administration work.

This package of care, which you will play an important part, is aimed to support the development and the mental wellbeing of the children in our care.
