Key Responsibilities:
Your role would include helping customers with tasks such as:
- Providing holiday cover for our clients.
- We pride ourselves that we go further to make our private clients day better, by way of Person Centred Care, for ongoing, daily, weekly, and do various tasks including simulating day trips, having chat and a cup of tea.
- We provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and well-being. Brightening up someone's day
- Depending on experience you can assist with , medication administration, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Provide emotional support, a listening service and companionship, creating and enhancing overall happiness and well-being.
- Develop strong relationships with the customers, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Easy to report and using an app on your phone, maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and any changes in customer’s needs.
It’s important to us that all our Senior Care Workers have the following qualities:
- Be Kind, Listen and have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and their families.
- Ability to be proactive and also work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable within Head Injuries but not Essential. We have a team of experienced professional care workers who can help you with being a mentor for your development.
- U.K. Driving Licence
- Competitive pay rates up to £15 to £17 per hour based on experience and qualifications. We will provide free training to updating your skills so you can earn more money
