As the Customer Coordinator, you will be given thorough training to assist the Interpreting Team Leader and wider leadership team across a range of tasks and responsibilities including but not limited to:

Maintaining working relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal responsibility for each customer contact and ensuring that you exceed our customers' expectations.

Answering and responding to inbound telephone calls as quickly as possible to meet customer KPI's.


Work as a team to ensure all service bookings and associated quotes, timesheets and confirmations are issued in a timely fashion as per our internal service targets.

This position is a developing role and as such we want you to become a multi-skilled member of staff.

You will receive training to follow our processes and procedures and reinforcing our company values and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure any feedback from call checks or customer complaints are followed up in a timely fashion and any actions are taken to ensure issues are resolved and suitable controls are implemented to prevent further instance.
  • Being the first contact point for Interpreting team members and customers who require further assistance beyond the capabilities or authorisation level of the team member(s).
  • Communicate company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team.
  • Providing help to management, including hiring and training, and keep management updated on team performance.
  • Customer queries/complaint handling which should be followedup with the Head of Customer Care.
  • Read, understand, and always follow company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures, duty of care and corporate responsibility.
  • Remain proactive and efficient when fulfilling daily/ weekly tasks and any other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by your manager.
  • As duties and responsibilities change, your job description will be reviewed and amended in consultation with you.
  • Fulfilling required operational tasks to the best standard possible.
  • Recording Customer Service team members absences/lateness.
  • Be the point of contact for the key safe and issuing and return of keys for opening and closing shifts.
  • Managing Customer Service team annual leave requests.
  • 11 meetings with Customer Service team members to review performance.
  • Fulfilment of adhoc tasks delegated to you by any member of the management team.
