Hours: Working hours are 8am until 4pm Monday to Friday - Fully based in office

Responsibilities:

The Role:

Our Client is seeking a reliable and adaptable Administrator to join our their team in the South of Edinburgh. As the Administrator, you will play a crucial role in assisting the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis. Your responsibilities will include purchase ledger entries, and various administrative duties.

Key Skills:

To excel in this role, you'll need excellent communication and relationship-building skills, along with organisational and IT skills. The ability to problem solve and take initiative are also essential. Attention to detail and the ability to work within budgets are also key strengths required for this position.

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role and possess knowledge of software packages. Good interpersonal and time management skills are highly desirable.
