Supporting the Clinical Occupational Therapists (OT) and Physiotherapists (PT) in the delivery of OT and PT management and rehabilitation to community patients/clients within the Local Authority (LA) To work as part of a community based integrated health and Local authority intermediate care and rehabilitation team to undertake specific clinical and administrative tasks, implement intervention programmes within the service users home and community as instructed and delegated by the OT and PT, responding flexibly to the needs of the service.

Support the PT and OT staff by assisting with all modalities of therapeutic care for intermediate care and reablement patients.

To provide care to the patients, as delegated by the PTs and OTs DT, to the extent of own competencies.

Participate in project work, audits and provision of relevant statistics which may be for the benefit of patients or the PT/OT and Local Authority department.
