We are looking for a Fire & Health and Safety Risk Assessor to join our ever-expanding teamThe role of Fire & Health and Safety Risk Assessor is responsible for conducting site-based risk assessments on our clients' portfolios covering the internal and external common parts.

Undertaking Fire and General H&S Risk Assessments in accordance with best industry practice and in line with company requirements.
- Producing accurate, timely risk assessments for clients with clear instruction of works required.
- Liaising with the client to ensure understanding, compliance, and proactive resolution of fire related issues in a timely manner.
- A full clean driving license and be willing to travel as part of day to day working activity. There may be occasions when an overnight stay is necessary.
- Awareness of fire safety and H&S legislation and technical standards.
- Proven and previous experience in the completion of Fire and/or H&S Risk Assessments.
- Able to build and maintain long-term professional relationships both internally and externally.
- Good knowledge of building regulations.
