- Enhance Gross Written Premium through high-value policy offerings in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically develop the mid-market sector through proficient underwriting practices.
- Demonstrate underwriting acumen across established risk categories.
- Conduct visits to key clients and potential prospects.
- Remain informed on industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Provide training and coaching to underwriters to elevate their skills.
- Establish robust broker relationships to strengthen market presence.

Qualifications:
- In-depth understanding of the UK retail market and complex underwriting processes.
