Guide HR Business Partners and Senior Leaders in navigating complex ER cases for optimal business outcomes.Review risks from legal, financial, and public image viewpoints to make solid decisions with HR and Central Functions.
Advocate for necessary challenges to legal advice or management decisions, fostering continuous improvement.
Skilfully handle Employment Tribunal claims, balancing risks for the best business outcome, and liaising with external legal advisors.
Deliver responsive ER solutions nationally within the brand, ensuring effective support.
ER experience within a corporate support centre environment (dealt with head office-based queries)
Confidence in writing 'simple' papers which will go to our ExCO and where the reader can translate a lot of information into an understandable way.
You'll need to be able to work alone but also part of a much bigger team.Able to act, drive outcomes and influence at a senior level.
