Responsible to:
Property Maintenance Manager

Main Duties:

  • General property repairs internal and external
  • Assist with the maintenance and refurbishment of properties
  • Compliance with relevant safety codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance technicians, while acquiring new skills and training.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and provide timely solutions.

You will Have:

  • Experience of hand / power tools operations
  • A strong background in joinery or roofing
  • Working knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Time management skills
