QUALITY ENGINEER ELECTRICAL – AVRS

MIDDLESBROUGH

What you will be doing:

An opportunity has arisen for a Quality Engineer to join the team at AVRS, a Galliford Try business.

Ideally, you will be based in or around the Middlesbrough area and will have the opportunity to travel across multiple sites/projects in the Region.

As a Quality Engineer you will be required to develop quality plans for projects and help developing ITP's (inspection and Test plans) for projects.

Developing quality documentation for projects. Ensuring project teams work to the Quality Plans, ITP's and other project Quality documentation. Developing RAMS for the projects. Developing and managing your teams to be the best that they can be within the framework set out by the Board of Directors. Managing and discharging duties in line with budgets. Establishing and maintaining strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders, design team, authorities, utilities and associated organisations. Attend design management and review meetings both internal and with clients. Manage the production of Quality processes and procedures that are compliant, on time and commercially in the best interest of the company (best Value). Manage the delivery of high-quality detailed engineering delivery for the whole of AVRS Systems Ltd. Seek, complete and record evidence of, continuing professional development (CPD) in accordance with the requirements of the requirements of the relevant professional Institution.

About You:

Previous Quality Engineering experience Knowledge of and compliance with relevant Engineering procedures and standards. Degree Qualified with suitable experience. Experience developing RAMS. Have detailed knowledge of relevant specifications, legislations, standards, regulations, guides and best practice. excellent oral & written communication skills
