Delapre Golf Centre is now seeking to appoint a Team Leader who will be skilled in providing a first
about food and beverage and above all, be able to deliver unrivalled customer service.
You must ensure our policies, procedures and business model are adhered to in order to achieve our revenue
objectives. You must be able to lead and motivate a small team in order to deliver a superior customer
experience achieving 100% satisfaction all of the time.
Qualities & Experience

  • Warm, friendly and charismatic, highly organised with an eye for detail.

  • Must have smart appearance at all times.

Responsibilities:

- support the Senior Duty Manager on shift

  • Assist in Organising the F&B team to ensure customer requirements and expectations are achieved
  • Ensure waiters/waitresses are processing customer orders from the locations seasonally prescribed (Summer: Outside space) (Winter: Inside space/Driving range)
  • Ensure customers are receiving their orders in a timely manner. Ensure customer waiting times are at a minimum.
  • Ensure Customer Service staff are polite and professional and serving golf related customers efficiently and effectively at all times.
  • All public spaces must be kept clean and tidy at all times. Tables must be cleared and rubbish disposed off at the earliest opportunity (this is essential)
  • You must be able to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills are particularly important. Being a "team player" is compulsory.
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as
necessitated by your changing role within the Organisation and the overall business objectives of the
organisation.

Benefits:
